Job Description
Were excited to offer an opportunity for a Client Care Advisor to join our friendly team. Were looking for a kind proactive and communicative individual who thrives in a caring and dynamic environment. Join our award-winning practice where we pride ourselves on delivering a unique compassionate experience to every client and pet. As a Client Care Advisor youll be the welcoming face and calm voice of our practice.
- Meeting and greeting clients in a professional yet sensitive manner
- Answering the telephone dealing with queries transferring calls and taking messages where applicable
- Liaising with referring vets and accurately recording details
- Updating in-house notes system clearly and accurately
- Coordinating appointments with the animals owners
- Taking card and cash payments
- Accurately carrying out departmental filing.
This role is 40 hours per week including one Saturday morning per month.
