A new position has become available for asafety professionalto contribute to the future of Melbournes iconic CityLink road network.As a Safety Advisor you will actively support coach mentor and provide technical advice to internal stakeholders. This dynamic role offers a blend of site-based and office exposure with a strong focus on fostering collaboration to achieve our Safety objectives while also contributing to business innovation. Perfect for someone looking to develop their career as a safety professional.
WHAT YOULL BRING
- Certificate 4 Work Health and Safety minimum.
- Exposure to civil road maintenance or construction (desirable).
- ICAM Lead Incident Investigation (desirable).
- Experience conducting audits and preparation of corrective actions and reports.
- Participated in high level incident investigations.
- Flexible with working night shift when required.
- Ability to positively influence change and communicate effectively with multiple types of stakeholders.
- High level of problem solving with the ability to professionally navigate complex situations.
- Strong computer and data analysis skills that extend to report collation and presentation.
