A Day in the Life
Der/Die Business Operations & Patient Management Specialist fundiert als analytisch administrative Schnittstelle zwischen den internen und externen Stakeholdern in dem Geschftsbereich Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM).Des Weiteren ist er/sie zentraler Ansprechpartner fr Kollegen*innen im Auendienst hinsichtlich administrativer Untersttzung und/oder Rckfragen zur Liefersituation. Zur Frderung der Umsetzung von Business Strategien identifiziert er/sie Verbesserungspotenziale in den Prozessablufen und setzt diese gemeinsam um. Aufgrund schwankender Nachfrage und Marktsituationen knnen die verschiedenen Aufgaben im Alltag unterschiedliche Volumina einnehmen. Ein hohes Ma an Engagement Verlsslichkeit und Teamzusammengehrigkeit ist uns sehr wichtig um den Geschftsbereich CRM gemeinsam weiterzuentwickeln und das Beste herauszuholen.
Verantwortlichkeiten umfassen wie folgt:
- Untersttzung des CRM-Business in Backoffice Aufgaben
- Abrechnung der Carelink Rezepte
- Kommunikation mit Krankenversicherungen (GKV/ PKV) Kunden und Outpatient Kollegen
- Vorbereitung zur Abrechnung der Programmer Mietvertrge
- Bearbeitung von Rechnungsreklamationen der Programmer Mietvertrge
- Fixed Asset Management und Untersttzung bei Field Actions
- Administrative Untersttzung und Monitoring der CRM-Liefersituation
- Kommunikation mit Business Operations Team EMEA
Erforderliches Wissen und Erfahrung:
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre/ Gesundheitskonomie oder kaufmnnische/ medizinische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Erweiterte Kenntnisse in SAP und MS Office Paket erforderlich
- Erfahrungen in der Medizintechnik/ Gesundheitswesen sowie Konzernstruktur
- Proaktives Handeln und analytisches Denken mit lsungsorientierten Anstzen
- Offenes und freundliches Auftreten sowie ausgeprgte Kommunikationsstrke
- Aufbau eines internen/ externen Netzwerkes
- Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift
