Blue Sky Animal Hospital serving the North Bay and surrounding area for 20 years. Come join our team of hard working compassionate and fun loving individuals. We offer laser surgery stem cell therapy dentistry and cold laser therapy as well as a fully equipped in house lab and digital radiology setup. Our knowledgeable staff is eager to work with and learn from you.

About The Role:

Are you a natural leader with a passion for animals and a knack for inspiring teams As a Practice Manager in the VetCare Community youll be the driving force behind a vibrant veterinary team embodying our core values:

In this role you will create and lead a collaborative team environment that fosters growth engagement and exceptional client experiences. Youll use your empathy and problem-solving skills to swiftly resolve any issues ensuring smooth operations and happy clients. Your day-to-day will involve striving for operational excellence managing team schedules and supporting talent acquisition efforts by sourcing Locum DVMs and RVTs as needed. Youll provide onboarding and coaching to new team members conduct annual reviews and offer feedback and support to help your team grow. Please note this is a temporary role.

Youll also manage inventory budgets and all financial aspects of the practice. Youll also make a splash on social media shouting about all the great things your team is inspiring and doing.
