Specialised Health is on the hunt for more brilliant EPs to join our SA team of Exercise Physiologists!!
For the right candidate were happy to consider options of part time or contracting arrangements. Unfamiliar with how contracting works We do it a bit differently to others so give us a call to find out more.
The role can suit those already working as an Independent Contractor and looking to increase their work hours in the week business owners aiming to take on more clients or parents wanting to work school hours with ultimate flexibility.
Our Company
With a team of 30 EPs Specialised Health provides exercise-based rehab programs for clients in the compensable schemes across 5 states in Australia as well as New Zealand.
We have become known as the expert EPs operating in the Life Insurance scheme and its through this work that our EPs get to work with a huge variety of conditions from cancer to mental health fatigue and cardiac conditions as well as musculoskeletal and more.
The Role
As a mobile EP in Adelaide youll be independent in your work as well as completely flexible and autonomous in your day-to-day scheduling. But at the same time you will be supported encouraged and ingrained in our team of awesome EPs.
Our core services include:
- assessing prescribing and supervising exercise-based rehab programs
- running programs from the clients home outdoor parks pools or their local gym
- working with OTs Rehab Providers GPs and Physios to help the patient achieve their goals.
Our EPs are often helping clients get back on their bike again (literally) we might take them swimming surfing climbing golfing you name it all in the name of rehab specificity and goal-oriented programming. So if you are active and love thinking laterally about your programming we want to hear from you.
Your Future
Our Adelaide EPs report to our Interstate Team Leader however were actively looking for EPs to progress into Senior EP roles Account Management and Business Development positions so if you believe you have a mind for business there is significant progression available.
Whilst 2-3 yrs experience in treatment occupational rehabilitation or other workers compensation roles is required to deliver the service which Specialised Health has become known for were open to discussing the role with newer graduates. If you have an appetite to learn you will be helped to understand the space via support from our awesome management team.
