Job Description:
Responsible for improving customer relations by providing professional product knowledge and service through interpersonal and telephone skills in an accurate and detailed manner. Experience in the Automotive paint business is required.
The Counter Representative greets customers as they enter the store and ensures a welcoming helpful experience.
They assist customers in person and over the phone by using electronic and paper cataloging systems to accurately identify and invoice items.
The representative places special orders or sources non-stock products as needed to meet customer requests.
They are responsible for restocking and maintaining inventory
They keep their work area clean organized and safe at all times.
Participation in the regularly scheduled physical inventory is required.
The representative will assist with deliveries and paint mixing as needed.
Other duties may be assigned as necessary to support store operations.
