Oversee store operations sales quotas financial responsibilities and strategic priorities of the territory. You will understand and capitalize on growth opportunities based on the local market. You will set the strategic priorities for your territory including forecasts training quotas budgets etc. You will hire coach and develop store managers. You will monitor sales performance to ensure customer service levels are maintained/enhanced while achieving appropriate sales metrics. Drive business growth by managing several stores. Deliver value by training and directing your organization to meet customer needs. Make an impact by taking full ownership for the operational and revenue success of your territory.
