HOT SIDE ONLY
$17-$32/hour Full-Time
RELOCATION ASSISTANCE AVAILABLE FOR QUALIFIED CANDIDATES

Overview
Are you a skilled Hot Side Commercial Kitchen Service Technician looking to elevate your career Bromley Parts & Service is on the hunt for a dedicated professional to join our team. As a Hot Side Commercial Cooking Service Technician youll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of commercial kitchens at our customer locations. Our Technicians also Provide preventative maintenance (PM) inspections and respond to emergency service calls on equipment including ovens fryers steamers warmers dish cleaning equipment.
Essential Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot Diagnose and Repair Cooking Equipment (hot side only)
- Treat customers and employees with respect courtesy and professionalism
- Complete service calls in a timely manner
- Communicate effectively with customers manager dispatcher and sales
- Participate in on-call rotation schedule
- Identify new customers and additional opportunities within existing accounts
- Maintain Service Vehicle
- Order Parts and Complete Required Paperwork
- Attend Training Sessions
- Other Duties as Assigned
Qualifications
- Previous experience cookingequipment service (or related military) experience
- Strong electrical electronic and mechanical skills
- Extremely strong customer communication skills
- 100% dedication to working hard being on time and staying organized
- Maintain a good personal appearance
- Completion of a satisfactory background check and drug screen is required.
- Valid Drivers license and driving record that aligns with our safety standards.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Fryers Ovens Steamers Ranges Broilers Ware Wash etc.
- CFESA - gas steam electric or refrigeration certification and related Training
- EPA Universal Certification HVAC/R License
- Computer literate
