Shepherd Neame is on the lookout for part time seasonal Bar Team Members to join us until Septemberso if you love hospitality are a people person and you enjoy being on the front line in a busy role; this may be just the job for you.
Set in the picturesque coastal town of Deal Kent the Royal Hotel is the perfect destination for a seaside escape. The hotel has 18 luxurious bedrooms to choose from several with balconies overlooking the sea. Guests can dine in the hotels Quarterdeck restaurant or the relaxed surroundings of the Boathouse bar which has a terrace and garden area offering glorious sea views.
At Shepherd Neame we know that first impressions count so you will play an important part in our business ensuring that youacknowledge our customers with a warm welcome and deliver great service to them at every opportunity.
If you havent got any previous hospitality experienceplease do not worry so long as that you are over 18 years old and you possess some of the qualities outlined below we can train you and teach you everything else that you will need to know.
