You will be responsible for coordinating and completing increasingly complex environmental and regulatory projects while ensuring compliance with federal state and local regulations as well as industry standards.
You will play a critical role in leading with the evaluation of environmental impacts preparing necessary documentation and supporting project teams in minimizing environmental risks.

Most of Ramakers employee-owners work remotely from their homes but have the option to work from our Madison WI office if they prefer an onsite or hybrid work environment. For this position we are seeking candidates that are within a reasonable driving distance to Madison WI as some site work is occasionally required.

In this role you will be exposed to a wide variety of service deliverables including but not limited to NEPA Regulatory Compliance Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments Material Handling Plans Remediation Plans Geotechnical reports and other related ancillary services. You will work independently and collaborate with project managers to ensure scope requirements deliverables and timelines are consistently met.

To thrive as an Environmental Scientist you will possess a bachelors degree in an environmental science related field and have 3-5 years of relevant experience. Through this education and experience you will have the opportunity to become a qualified Environmental Professional meeting the ASTM definition.
You will have a continuous improvement mindsight willing to pitch in wherever is needed and excited to continue learning.
Strong analytical technical writing and problem-solving skills will lead you to success!
