Quality Intern Team JAS Inc. Team JAS Inc. is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Quality Intern to join our dynamic team. This internship offers a hands-on opportunity to learn about aviation component inspection quality assurance processes and regulatory compliance in a fast-paced aerospace environment. Youll work closely with our experienced team to support inspections documentation and quality control initiatives for aircraft components.

Primary Responsibilities
Assist with quality inspections and verification of aircraft components.
Document and report non-conformances assisting in root cause analysis and corrective actions.
Support the maintenance of accurate quality records and inspection documentation.
Participate in quality assurance process improvements and initiatives.
Aid in preparing reports for internal review and regulatory compliance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering and repair station personnel.
Estimated Hours 20 hours per week with occasional opportunities up to 25 hours if needed.
This is an onsite position in Jacksonville FL. Remote work is not available.
Desired Qualifications
Currently enrolled in a nationally accredited baccalaureate or graduate program in Engineering or related field. (Aerospace Mechanical Industrial or related disciplines preferred.)
Familiarity with quality assurance principles and practices.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with CAD software (CATIA or SolidWorks) and/or 3D printing is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a technical environment.
