About The Opportunity
As a Licensed Conveyancer you will be responsible to:
- Provide advice to clients on legal matters related to property transactions and ensure all legal requirements and obligations are met
- Manage a diverse caseload of residential property transactions
- Ensure compliance with property law regulations and conveyance procedures
- Effectively communicate complex legal terms to clients in an easily understandable manner
- Manage multiple tasks and cases simultaneously with a keen attention to detail
- Utilise case management software and MS Office applications
- Deliver exceptional client service and maintain the highest ethical standards
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- 3 years of experience in Victoria conveyancing transactions
- Proven experience in conveyancing with a solid track record of managing a diverse caseload of residential property transactions
- Strong understanding of property law regulations and conveyancing procedures
- The ability to explain complex legal terms to clients in an easily understandable manner
You will also have:
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organisation skills with a detail-oriented mindset
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and matter simultaneously
- Proficiency in using case management software (TriConvey/Smokeball desirable)
- A commitment to delivering exceptional client service and maintaining the highest ethical standards
- A focus on detail and deadlines
