The Opportunity:
As the Project Manager of Enterprise Platforms you will navigate complex stakeholder landscapes maintains rigorous project management discipline coordinates resources and communicates progress clearly and effectively across teams and senior management. They will actively collaborate with technical experts external vendors and senior leadership to deliver transformative solutions that enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
The core responsibilities of the role will include:
- Define project scope objectives milestones and deliverables in alignment with business and technical strategies.
- Create comprehensive project plans schedules resource allocations and risk management strategies.
- Oversee individual technical projects to ensure timely delivery quality outcomes and consistency with the broader Future Payments portfolio.
- Coordinate technical resources including software engineers architects analysts and third-party vendors.
- Track and report project progress budget status risks issues and dependencies to stakeholders sponsors business owners and senior leadership.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Facilitate clear and consistent communication among technical teams business stakeholders and executive management.
- Manage contracts including statements of work and high-level estimates.
- Provide reporting as required to monitor and address risks including contingency and mitigation planning.
- Maintain flexibility to participate in meetings outside of standard business hours as needed.
The capabilities were seeking are:
- 3 years experience working as a Project Manager in a Fin Services or Payments environment where you have led an agile development team.
- Experience in running teams delivering operational features and enhancements to Service Now Pricing and Billing systems and Dynatrace platforms.
- Highly experienced using Jira & Confluence tools.
