As a Sales/Business Development Associate you will play a key role in driving our growth identifying new opportunities and building relationships with potential clients and candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Prospecting: Proactively identify and reach out to potential clients through cold calls targeted emails LinkedIn outreach and networking efforts.
Client Engagement: Build trust with hiring managers by understanding their talent needs and positioning our search capabilities as the solution.
Deal Ownership: Take the lead on pitching negotiating and closing new business deals with high-potential prospects.
Account Management: Support and grow relationships with existing clients by anticipating needs following up on searches and offering insights.
Pipeline & CRM Management: Keep meticulous records of leads conversations and follow-ups using modern CRM tools to manage your book of business.

Qualifications:

Self-Starter: Youre proactive resourceful and can operate independently without constant supervision.
Organized & Tech-Savvy: You know your way around CRMs and can keep multiple priorities moving without dropping the ball.
Sales-Focused Background: Minimum 3 years of outbound sales experience (cold calling prospecting closing).
Recruiting Knowledge: At least 1 year of full-cycle recruiting experience - agency or in-house.
Bonus Points: Familiarity with the mining energy or heavy industrial sectors.
