Job Description

Long-Term Substitute Position: Integrated Preschool TeacherLocation: Winthrop SchoolStart Date: August 25 2025End Date: January 30 2026Winthrop School is seeking a qualified and passionate Long-Term Substitute Preschool Teacher for our Integrated Preschool program at Winthrop School. This full-time position begins on August 25 2025 and runs through January 30 are looking for an educator who brings positive energy to our school community has excellent communication skills and demonstrates a strong commitment to student growth and learning. The ideal candidate will collaborate effectively with colleagues and support students diverse needs in an inclusive nurturing classroom Responsibilities:Positively impact student development through a strong understanding of early childhood and special education and implement active developmentally appropriate learning with colleagues to assess and address the needs of all a positive and well-managed classroom Qualifications:Valid Massachusetts DESE Early Education licenseSpecial Education license (appropriate for preschool level)The statements above are intended to describe the general responsibilities of the role and are not an exhaustive list of duties that may be required.
