As the Sales Manager - Channel Partnerships at Alcott HR youll be responsible for leading and growing a team of sales talent responsible for developing channel partnerships in the PEO space across multiple locations. Youll strategize and develop an approach to hiring onboarding and training sales talent to meet and exceed annual sales targets. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic initiatives to engage new brokers manage and optimize existing partnerships and increase channel performance.
