- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas including bedrooms bathrooms kitchens and common areas.
- Follow service orders and Texas Cleaning Services protocols.
- Conduct floor care tasks and top-to-bottom cleanings to maintain the appearance of all surfaces.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to guest requests or inquiries.
- Loan and unload household or commercial items safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times.
- Previous experience in residential housekeeping custodial work or hotel settings is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow specific cleaning protocols.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting bending and standing for extended periods.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and products used in residential cleaning environments.
- Experience with deep post-construction and move-out cleanings is a plus.
- A willingness to learn and adapt to new cleaning methods as required.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
- Base pay $12-14/hr commensurate with experience
