Maintenance Technician
Sundance Property Management is seeking a full time Maintenance Technician to join our team in Florence AL. In this role you will be responsible for servicing Shoals Living Apartments.
Pay: Starting at $18/hour

Responsibilities:
- Communicate and follow up with the Property Manager about maintenance concerns and the status of work orders
- Maintain the internal and exterior condition and preservation of the property
- Assist the Project Manager in contracting vendors and taking bids for special project
- Paint clean and repair all vacant units within a timely manner
- Use tools ranging from common hand and power tools such as hammers hoists saws drills and wrenches to precision measuring instruments and electrical and electronic testing devices
- Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure that building systems operate efficiently and the physical condition of buildings does not deteriorate
- Diagnose mechanical problems and determines how to correct them checking blueprints repair manuals and parts catalogs as necessary
- Ensure that maintenance parts supplies and equipment are always stocked and available
- Assemble install and/or repair wiring electrical and electronic components pipe systems plumbing machinery and equipment
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate
- Minimum of 2-3 years of building maintenance experience preferred
- HVAC certified preferred
- Pool Cert preferred
