Help Wanted: Accounts Payable Specialist
Billerica MA Full-time Zink Holdings
Are you detail-oriented and great with numbers Were looking for a reliable Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team! If you enjoy working with vendors solving problems and keeping financial records accurate and up to date we want to meet you.
What Youll Do:
- Process vendor invoices match purchase orders and ensure timely payments
- Manage payment schedules and reconcile accounts
- Communicate with vendors to resolve discrepancies
- Maintain accurate financial and vendor records
- Support monthly close and audits as needed
What Youll Need:
- Previous experience in Accounts Payable or a similar finance role
- Familiarity with accounting systems (QuickBooks SAP Oracle etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities
- A team-first attitude and willingness to learn
