Our Director of Human Resources will be a strategic agile leader with experience in global startups and the technology sector. The ideal candidate is passionate about aligning HR initiatives with business objectives brings a strong track record of operational excellence and uses data and analytics to drive informed decisions. This role is a key partner to senior leadership responsible for shaping and executing people strategies that scale with the organization and fuel business growth. To foster strong relationships and stay closely connected to our teams and evolving priorities we expect the Director to work from our Bellevue Washington office at least two days per week.

Base Salary Hiring Range: $160000 to $180000 annually
