Job Description

Remote Business Development BPO & IT Services

$100000 $120000 base performance-based bonus


About the Opportunity:

Were a fast-growing international Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) firm specializing in IT and Finance solutions. With over 450 team members worldwide our organization is scaling rapidly and seeking a strategic and proactive Business Development & Account Manager to lead client acquisition and relationship growth across key verticals.


This is a high-impact 100% remote role ideal for a self-motivated sales leader with proven success selling BPO services. If youre passionate about solution selling uncovering opportunities and owning the client journey from initial outreach through to long-term partnership wed love to meet you.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive new business development within the BPO IT and Finance sectors
  • Identify qualify and close new client opportunities through strategic outreach and consultative selling
  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships with a focus on account expansion and satisfaction
  • Lead go-to-market initiatives for emerging service verticals
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with delivery operations and leadership teams to ensure seamless execution and client success
  • Conduct in-depth market and competitor research to stay ahead of industry trends and identify growth areas
  • Create and present customized proposals that demonstrate clear ROI and value to prospective clients


Required Qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience in selling BPO or outsourcing services (non-negotiable)
  • Demonstrated success in consultative sales and managing long sales cycles
  • Strong relationship-building and client retention skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Self-starter with the ability to operate independently in a fully remote environment


Nice to Have:

  • Experience selling into IT or Finance departments
  • Familiarity with healthcare or skilled nursing verticals
  • Background in SaaS eCommerce or outsourced customer support services
