Your role as a FINANCIAL CONTROLLER:

As our Full-Time Financial Controller your day will be an exhilarating mix of numbers and insights! Youll dive into payment processing ensuring our financial operations run smoothly while updating our CRM system to reflect our ever-evolving customer relationships. QuickBooks data entry will become second nature as you meticulously maintain our financial records.

Youll also be responsible for generating daily and weekly reporting allowing us to stay ahead of the game. Each task is an opportunity to showcase your problem-solving skills and contribute to our commitment to excellence all within a fun flexible work environment. What you need to be successful

To thrive as our Full-Time Financial Controller youll need a robust foundation in accounting principles paired with a Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field (a Masters degree or CPA/CMA certification is a cherry on top!). With at least 5-7 years of progressive experience in accounting or finance including 2 years in a leadership role we are looking for someone with an in-depth knowledge of accounting standards like GAAP and IFRS. Your mastery of financial planning budgeting and forecasting combined with proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks NetSuite or SAP will be vital. Exceptional analytical skills keen attention to detail and a knack for problem-solving will set you apart. Strong leadership qualities effective communication and the ability to thrive in our dynamic fast-paced environment will ensure your success in this exciting role!

Knowledge and skills required for the position are:

  • Qualifications & Experience:
