VPStrategy
The Vice President of Strategy is responsible for leading thestrategic planning process identifying and evaluating new businessopportunities and ensuring alignment between long-term objectives andday-to-day operations. This executive will work closely with the CEO andExecutive Leadership Team to drive growth competitive advantage and businesstransformation across the organization. What Youll Do:
- Leadthe development and evolution of CAVAs enterprise strategy and strategicplanning processes
- Guidethe creation of key initiatives (KIs) that align with long-term goals and driveenterprise value
- Overseea company-wide Project Management Office (PMO) ensuring initiatives areexecuted on time within scope and with measurable impact
- Translatehigh-level goals into clear project plans resourcing strategies andorganizational priorities
- Ensureinsights are translated into action - informing brand product marketingdigital culinary and operational strategies
- Maintainvisibility into the total enterprise portfolio of KIs and provide governancethat helps teams prioritize effectively and avoid fragmentation
- Monitorkey macro and industry trends turning foresight into forward-looking strategy
- Provideexecutive-level reporting strategic updates and scenario planning support forthe C-Suite and Board
- Fostercross-functional collaboration across teams and ensure initiatives areconnected not siloed
Developand mentor a high-performing team of strategists researchers and projectleaders
The Qualifications:
- 15years of experience in corporate strategy consulting consumer insights orstrategic operations roles
- Experienceleading teams in strategy development business planning or transformationefforts
- Deepunderstanding of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies includingsegmentation brand tracking and behavioral analytics
- Provensuccess in building and scaling cross-functional project management frameworks
- Exceptionalexecutive communication and presentation skills with a track record ofinfluencing at the highest levels
- Strongorganizational leadership with experience building and developingmulti-disciplinary teams
- Experiencein a growth-stage or high-change environment (foodservice retail hospitalityor consumer brand experience preferred)
- Highproficiency in strategic frameworks financial modeling and enterprisereporting tools
Bachelorsdegree required; MBA or advanced degree in Business Strategy or BehavioralSciences strongly preferredPhysical Requirements:
- Abilityto maintain stationary position to be able to operate a computer and otheroffice equipment
- Mustbe able to identify analyze and assess details
- Forcertain positions must be able to occasionally move or transport items up to50 pounds
- Abilityto communicate with others and exchange information accurately and effectively
