Job Description
All Care Services LLC is hiring an attentive night owl to step into a dynamic leadership role and lead crew members as a Night Shift Assistant Manager! In this full-time position youll work with our shift manager to direct our facilities management operations throughout Kansas City KS.
Youll directly impact our success and gain valuable management experience while earning $20.75/hour with a $3.00/hour differential for weekends. We cant forget about our excellent benefits including:

QUALIFICATIONS
- 21 years old
- Some leadership or management experience
- Positive and energetic personality
- Strong leadership skills
- Proactive problem-solving abilities - strive to prevent issues not just respond to them
- Motivation to achieve results and help employees grow
- Ability to work outside
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid drivers license and a clean driving record
Experience in an industry such as janitorial landscaping facilities management etc. would be a bonus!
WHAT THE ROLE LOOKS LIKE
Our Night Shift Assistant Manager works from 8:30 PM to 4:00 AM with five days on and two off.
Youll be the fearless leader who keeps our overnight crews on track and ensures all employees meet their goals and perform high-quality work! Working closely with the shift manager youll motivate team members to fulfill their duties and meet client expectations. This is a hands-on facilities management position and youll jump in to help your team clean and maintain our clients spaces. Youll delegate assignments provide coaching to team members as needed and adjust strategies to ensure we meet budget goals and company objectives.
