Job Description

Purpose of the Position (Job Summary)

To impart in-depth knowledge and skills to employees and partnersparticularly in the areas of installation quality inspectionsalesand services

  • TrainingProgramDevelopment: Develop comprehensive training programs aligned with the companys strategic objectivesensuring that employees and partners are equipped with the latest knowledge and skills.

BudgetManagement: Efficiently manage the budget allocated for training programsoptimizing resourcesand controlling costs.

Training Delivery: Provide training and knowledge transfer to employees and partnersensuring that they are well-prepared to meet customer expectations in terms of qualitysalesand service.
FeedbackIntegration: Gather feedback from trainees and incorporate it into training program enhancements to ensure that customer needs and expectations are met.

People Orientation
  • Training Delivery: Provide effective and engaging training sessionsadapting to the diverse learning needs of trainees to enhance their knowledge and skills
  • .Mentorship: Offer mentorship and guidance to trainees fostering a positive learning environment and supporting their professional growth.
  • Feedback and Evaluation: Collect and provide constructive feedback to traineesguiding them in improving their performance and competence.

Core operational accountabilities:
Technical Expertise: Serve as a technical expert in uPVC and aluminum doors and windowsenabling employees and partners to excel in their rolesparticularly in installation and quality inspection.
Content Development: Create and maintain training materials and resources including manualspresentationsand e-learning modules to support training programs.
Assessment and Certification: Develope valuation methods to assess trainees competence and establish certification processes to validate their proficiency.
Training Program Evaluation: Continuously assess the effectiveness of training programs and update them to align with the evolving needs of its employees.

Internal :

Management: Coordinate with senior management to align training programs with the companys strategic objectives and ensure resource allocation.
TrainingTeam: Collaborate with internal training teams to facilitate the delivery of training programs and content development.
QualityAssuranceTeam: Interact with the quality assurance team to ensure that training aligns with quality control and inspection standards.
Content DevelopmentTeam: Work closelywith the content development team to create and update training materials including manuals and e-learning modules.
TraineeFeedback: Gather feedback from trainees and collaborate with them to enhance training programs and ensure their effectiveness.

External :
Training Participants: Interact with employeespartnersand other external participants during training sessions to impart knowledge and skills effectively.
Industry Experts: Collaborate with external industry experts to stay updated on the latest trendsbest practicesand innovations in uPVC and aluminum doors and windows.
Certification Authorities: Interact with external certification authorities to establish and validate training and certification processes for trainees.

Technical & Behavioral Skills & Knowledge :

Training Methodologies: Proficiency in adult learning principles and various training methodologies including classroom training hands-on workshops e-learning and on-the-job training.
Content Development: Skills in creating and updating training materials including manuals presentations videos and e-learning modules ensuring clarity and effectiveness.
Quality Control: In-depth understanding of quality control and inspection processes specific to uPVC and aluminum products ensuring that trainees are well-prepared to maintain quality standards.

Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey complex technical information clearly and effectively during training sessions.
Teaching and Training: Proficiency in teaching and training including the ability to engage learners adapt to their needs and facilitate knowledge transfer.

Functional Skills and Knowledge:
Training Program Development: Expertise in designing and developing comprehensive training programs including program planning content creation and evaluation methods.
Assessment and Evaluation: Capability to develop assessment methods to measure trainee competence and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
Certification Processes: Knowledge of establishing and managing certification processes to validate the competence of trainees.
FeedbackIntegration: Ability to gather and incorporate feedback from trainees to improve training programs continuously

  • Training Program Effectiveness: Measure the effectiveness of training programs by assessing the knowledge and skills gained by trainees including their ability to apply what theyve learned.
  • Trainee Performance: Evaluate the performance of trainees in their respective roles after completing training assessing their competence and improvement in job-related tasks.
  • Training Program Feedback: Gather feedback from trainees to assess the quality of training programs incorporating their input to enhance content and delivery.
  • Certification Success Rate: Monitor the success rate of trainees in achieving certification ensuring that the certification process validates their competence effectively.
  • ProgramDevelopment Efficiency: Assess the efficiency of developing training programs including content creation delivery methods and evaluation measures. KnowledgeTransfer: Evaluate the ability to effectively transfer technical knowledge and skills to trainees ensuring they can apply these skills in their roles.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay updated with industry trends and best practices measuring the integration of the latest knowledge into training programs.
  • Client and Partner Satisfaction: Gather feedback from clients and partners on the performance of trained employees ensuring that they meet or exceed expectations.
