Commercial Valuation Surveyor
Job type: Permanent
Location: Cumbria
Pay rate: Competitive salary
Hours: Monday Friday 9am 5pm

Responsibilities:
- Delivering accurate and professional RICS-compliant valuations across a wide range of commercial property types
- Supporting clients including lenders investors occupiers and public sector bodies
- Handling valuations for secured lending asset management financial reporting acquisition and disposal
- Building strong client relationships and contributing to business development activity across the region
- Staying on top of local markets trends and contributing to team insight
Skills:
- Experienced MRICS and Qualified Valuer to join General Practice
- Strong technical skills in commercial valuation with a confident grasp of Red Book standards
- Proven ability to manage your own workload and deliver reports independently
- Someone comfortable engaging with clients and growing relationships
- Proactive commercially aware and solutions-focused
- Tech savvy and open to evolving systems and processes
