In this pivotal role you will play a crucial part in deciphering insights from our product data contributing significantly to the strategic decision-making process. We seek a Product Analyst (m/d/w) to run the analysis and reporting for our product team at EGYM Wellpass. In this pivotal role you will play a crucial part in deciphering insights from our product data contributing significantly to the strategic decision-making process. Join our Business Analytics team in Munich and become an integral part of shaping the future of EGYM Wellpass through insightful data analytics.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:You collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Product Managers Product Analysts Engineers UX Researchers Designers and the BI and Data Science team
- Metrics & KPIs: You define metrics and KPIs for evaluating & monitoring product performance and progress toward desired outcomes
- Data Insights: You deliver actionable insights from product data facilitating informed decision-making
- Process Improvement:You minimize turnaround time for analytical questions from stakeholders by improving processes and tools and free time for you for more in-depth strategic analysis
- OKRs & Strategy: You help the Product Team develop OKRs and provide valuable insights derived from product data to support strategic decision-making
- Data Architecture:You support the BI team in developing and maintaining a robust information architecture for high-quality product data ensuring seamless integration with existing reporting tools like Tableau and the Snowflake data cloud
Your fitness level
- Professional Experience:You have 3 years of experience in the field of business intelligence specifically in analyzing and reporting on product data
- Data Visualization: You are an expert in storytelling with data using visualization tools like Tableau & Mixpanel
- Technical Skills: You have fluent SQL skills
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:You own a proven track record of collaborating with cross-functional teams and understanding their data needs and processes
- Data Knowledge:You have technical knowledge to be able to understand data flows
- Business Understanding:You are interested in the bigger picture and understanding the business impact of product metrics
- Product Development:You have good understanding of overall product development
- Communication Skills: You own excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (German is a plus)
Your training goal for your first 6 months
- Product Data Expertise: You acquire an in-depth understanding of EGYMs product data ecosystem and reporting processes
- Cross-Team Relationships: You build strong relationships with the Product and Data Team
- Reporting Tools:You attain proficiency in current reporting tools (Tableau & Mixpanel) and are prepared to take ownership of the product data reporting landscape
