Were looking for a Principal Solution Architect who combines strong technical capability in Adobe Experience Cloud with strategic thinking and a passion for delivering brilliant execution. Working closely with cross-functional teams and C-suite stakeholders youll play a key role in defining and leading the solution architecture that drives customer engagement and business growth.

A strategic and technically savvy leader who brings deep Adobe Experience Cloud expertise strong commercial acumen and the ability to influence and collaborate across teams. Youre a natural problem-solver who can balance future-focused thinking with practical execution and inspire others to follow your lead.
Youll be responsible for:
Driving and delivering end-to-end digital solution architecture that enhances the customer journey integrates Adobe and CRM platforms and enables data-driven decision-making.
You will:
Lead the architecture of Adobe Experience Cloud solutions including AEM Target Analytics Journey Optimiser and Campaig
Design integrated experiences with CRM platforms like Salesforce
Translate business strategy into scalable customer-led digital solutions
Collaborate with engineering delivery and product teams to embed best practice across the SDLC
Provide architectural advice and thought leadership to senior business leaders
Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution and contribute to continuous improvement through Agile and DevOps frameworks
Youre an experienced Architect in large-scale ICT environments confident navigating enterprise systems managing complexity and connecting business goals with customer-first digital architecture. Youre someone who thrives in fast-paced environments balances detail with big-picture thinking and knows how to influence across all levels.
Youll also bring:
Solid experience in Adobe Experience Cloud including AEM Target Analytics Campaign and Journey Optimiser
Experience leading architectural practices that deliver measurable value
A strong grasp of solution design system integration and cloud environments (AWS preferred)
Confidence working with executives and technical teams alike articulating complex ideas with clarity
Familiarity with Agile DevOps software engineering best practice and release/change management
Strong knowledge of CRM platforms (especially Salesforce) API integrations and data-driven experience design
Awareness of governance cybersecurity and regulatory frameworks (PCI-DSS ISO27001)
