About the role

Reporting to the Head of Independents Retail & On-Premise ANZ Penfolds is seeking a driven and strategicNational Account Manager VIC & National On-Premise Customersto lead the charge in one of our most critical growth channels. This role is designed for a commercial leader who thrives in building strong customer relationships executing high-impact sales strategies and driving premium brand visibility in the on-premise space.

What Youll Do

  • Strategic Account Management: Own and grow a portfolio of high-value Victorian and national on-premise accounts including hotel groups casinos and restaurant groups.
  • Commercial Execution: Develop and negotiate tailored business plans with key customers and wholesalers ensuring alignment with Penfolds luxury positioning and commercial objectives.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a Key Account Manager fostering a culture of high performance through coaching in-field development and capability building.
  • Brand Visibility & Growth: Drive distribution visibility and consumer engagement across priority venues ensuring Penfolds is represented with excellence at every touchpoint.
  • Investment & ROI Management: Manage promotional budgets discounts and rebates with a focus on long-term sustainable return on investment.
  • Market Intelligence: Provide insights and trends to internal stakeholders helping shape future strategy and execution plans.
  • Agile Strategy Execution: Adapt and pivot plans in response to evolving consumer preferences and market dynamics maintaining momentum and relevance.
