Were looking for a Triage Team Lead Telehealth Injury Consultant to help drive our 24/7 Injury Support Service and lead a growing team of compassionate high-performing consultants.
This is a hybrid role based in Melbourne (3 days in office Mon-Fri 9am-5pm)perfect for someone with triage experience ready to step into leadership while staying hands-on in clinical care.

About the Role:
This is a unique dual-role opportunityyoull be the first point of contact for injured workers and clients offering clinical triage and advice while helping us build and shape a growing Telehealth team.
As the team expands your role will evolve to take on more leadership responsibilities including team coaching performance development and service excellence.
Your Day-to-Day Could Include:
- Taking injury triage calls and offering early clinical guidance
- Coaching and mentoring a team of Telehealth consultants
- Managing workflow call volumes and service delivery standards
- Supporting the performance and wellbeing of your team
- Working collaboratively with internal stakeholders and clients
- Identifying opportunities for service improvement and innovation

What Were Looking For:
- Allied Health qualification (e.g. Physio EP OT)- Triage experience is a must!
- Strong communication and triage skillsconfident in phone-based consultations
- Natural leadership qualitiesapproachable organised and outcome-focused
- Passion for helping people and improving systems
- Comfortable with technology and fast-paced environments
- Flexibility to support a team working across extended hours (without overnight on-call)
