Job Description
Position Summary
Responsibilities in the Packaging department involve labeling processing products and staging raw materials.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform packaging/label room operations according to established protocols and procedures
- Maintain a flawless production environment by strictly following safety and quality guidelines
- Collaborate with a world-class team to determine and implement process improvements
- Complete tasks on time and effectively communicate progress
- Successfully implement standard operating procedures
- Accurate completion of required manufacturing documentation under ISO9001 guidelines
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent experience
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow strict protocols
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Team-oriented environment
- Strong motivation with a willingness to learn and develop
- The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds frequently lift 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds
- Able to work in a very fast-paced environment while processing multiple responsibilities simultaneously
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Basic knowledge of the metric system
- Ability to wear personal protective equipment when required with the potential of using a full-face respirator
- Associates handle hazardous waste receive initial training within 30 days then annual refresher training.

Compensation and Benefits
The hourly pay range estimated for this position based in Illinois is $13.31$19.96.
