About:
Responsibilities:
- Operate and oversee equipment such as fillers labelers and sealers.
- Conduct quality inspections and take corrective actions when needed.
- Support smooth operations through effective teamwork and communication.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of the work area.
- Accurately complete production logs and documentation.
- Assist with equipment setup changeovers and troubleshooting.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 2years of experience in packaging or a similar manufacturing role preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and a focus on product quality.
- Ability to follow safety protocols and production instructions.
- Basic computer literacy for data entry and machine interface use.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
- Must be able to work 3rd shift with flexibility for overtime and weekends.
