Job Description
Transparent Hiring is an international company helping IT specialists from Russia and Eastern Europe find jobs and relocate to Germany and Austria. For over 5 years weve been supporting professionals at every step of their career move from improving their profiles to getting job offers and settling in a new country.
Now were looking for a dedicated B2C Sales Manager with Russian and English fluency to join our fully remote team and drive our global sales efforts.
Tasks
- Present and sell our B2C job search and relocation services
- Manage and convert inbound leads
- Re-engage dormant clients and identify new opportunities
- Conduct sales video calls
- Build strong long-term client relationships
- Collaborate with marketing relocation and operations teams
- Track activity and performance in HubSpot CRM
- Report regularly on KPIs and results
Requirements
- Fluent Russian and English (C1 minimum)
- 3 years of successful sales experience
- Proven ability to close deals via phone/video calls
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills
- Proactive self-motivated and result-driven attitude
Nice to Have:
- Experience in EdTech services or relocation
- Background in high-value B2C deal closing (5K)
- Familiarity with HubSpot and Google Workspace tools
