1. Overview:

- Manage social media accounts ensuring timely and consistent posting.
- Monitor social media channels for brand mentions comments and messages responding promptly and professionally.
- Track and analyze social media performance metrics (engagement reach website traffic conversions) and report on key findings.
- Identify and leverage trending hashtags and topics to increase visibility.
- Develop and implement hashtag strategies for optimal reach and engagement.
- Collaborate with influencers to promote brand messaging and reach new audiences.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns optimizing for performance and ROI.
- Stay up-to-date on social media best practices algorithm updates and emerging trends.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and messaging across all social media platforms.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on integrated marketing campaigns.
- Assist in website content updates and management as needed.
- Support email marketing campaigns through social media promotion.

3. Technical Skills:
