Role Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement engaging English curriculum for TGT students.
- Create lesson plans aligned with educational standards.
- Conduct classroom instruction that meets the learning needs of all students.
- Assess and evaluate student performance and progress regularly.
- Utilize a range of teaching strategies to enhance student learning.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Communicate effectively with students parents and faculty.
- Integrate technology in the classroom to facilitate learning.
- Participate in parent-teacher meetings and community engagements.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance instructional practices.
- Provide feedback and support to students to promote academic success.
- Maintain records of student attendance and performance.
- Stay updated with educational trends and best practices.
- Prepare students for examinations and assessments.
- Contribute to extracurricular activities that complement the curriculum.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in English or Education.
- Teaching certification for TGT English.
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience.
- Strong knowledge of English language and literature.
- Experience with classroom management.
- Proficiency in using educational technology.
- Solid understanding of curriculum design.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire students.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Patience and adaptability in diverse learning environments.
- Capable of working collaboratively within a team.
- Commitment to student-centered teaching practices.
- Continuous learner with a passion for education.
- Ability to maintain a creative and inclusive classroom.
- Fluency in additional languages is an advantage.
