Role Responsibilities:
- Develop implement and optimize Meta advertising campaigns to meet client goals.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify trends and insights for better targeting.
- Oversee media buying strategies for various clients focusing on performance and ROI.
- Manage budgets effectively ensuring campaigns stay within financial parameters.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad creatives.
- Analyze campaign performance data and generate reports for stakeholders.
- Adjust bidding strategies based on performance metrics and competitive landscape.
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors and partners for media buying.
- Lead and mentor a team of junior media buyers providing guidance and support.
- Stay updated with changes in the Meta advertising landscape and best practices.
- Conduct A/B testing on various ad elements to enhance performance.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive performance dashboards for client reporting.
- Work closely with the client servicing team to ensure client satisfaction.
- Attend industry events and webinars to enhance knowledge and network.
- Train team members on the latest tools and techniques in media buying.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Advertising or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in media buying specifically in Meta ads.
- Proven track record of successful campaign management.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on performance metrics.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Experience with advertising tools and software.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of digital marketing trends and techniques.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
