Role Responsibilities:

- Participate in staff meetings training sessions and professional development opportunities.

- Organize and participate in school events and extracurricular activities.
- Adhere to school policies and procedures ensuring compliance with educational regulations.
- Support students with special needs and promote inclusivity in the classroom.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance grades and assessments.
- Engage with the wider school community and contribute to a positive school culture.
- Stay updated with educational trends and practices to enhance teaching effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Education or a relevant field.
- Teaching certification/qualification preferred).
- Experience teaching primary school students.
- Strong understanding of child development principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Creativity and adaptability in teaching methods.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in educational technology and tools.
- Patience and empathy towards students.
