Were an established international organization expanding our reach in new markets and were looking for a Client Engagement Specialist - Wellbeing Programs to join our global team.
This is a fully remote performance-based opportunity designed for professionals who thrive in independent results-driven environments.
About the Role
As a Client Engagement Specialist youll be the crucial link between individuals seeking personal growth and our premium wellbeing programs. Youll engage with people who have already expressed interest in our offerings. Your primary focus will be to lead structured consultative conversations to understand their unique wellbeing needs and assess their suitability for our high-level programs and services. This role is ideal for someone with a background in consultative sales business development or client success coupled with a genuine interest in strategic client engagement within the wellbeing sector.
Responsibilities
- Proactively engage with individuals who have expressed interest or requested more information about our wellbeing programs.
- Conduct in-depth consultative conversations to understand client needs challenges and aspirations related to their wellbeing.
- Accurately assess suitability for our high-ticket wellbeing offerings ensuring a strong match between client needs and program benefits.
- Maintain meticulous records of interactions client status and qualification outcomes within our CRM system.
- Provide valuable feedback to continuously optimize our client engagement and program qualification processes.
- Collaborate effectively with an experienced global team to support our expansion efforts and enhance client success.
- Operate independently while diligently following our proven client engagement framework and best practices.
What Were Looking For
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in consultative sales entrepreneurship client engagement or client qualification roles.
- A confident professional communicator with a genuinely empathetic and consultative approach.
- Strong organizational skills and excellent time management to effectively manage a pipeline of interested clients.
- Self-motivated goal-oriented and capable of working effectively without direct supervision.
- Comfortable with a 100 performance-based compensation model driven by successful program enrollments.
- A genuine interest in personal development wellness and supporting others on their wellbeing journey.
