Key Responsibilities

  • Guide clients through onboarding and program participation
  • Conduct structured discovery calls to assess client needs and present tailored solutions.
  • Implement a proven methodology to guide prospects through the decision-making process.
  • Engage in ongoing leadership business and communications training to refine skills and maximize results.

Requirements

  • Proactive & Motivated Self-driven with a proven track record of achieving goals and a strong desire for financial success.
  • Confident Communicator Comfortable engaging with potential clients during a consultative sales process.
  • Passionate About Personal Development Excited to work in a high-growth purpose-driven industry.
  • Tech-Savvy & Adaptable Comfortable using digital tools and platforms for outreach and business operations.
  • Experienced Professional 8 years in client advocacy marketing business coaching education real estate sales or consulting preferred (full training provided).
