Procurement Specialist/Manager (pharma)
Oximio is an essential link in the clinical study lifecycle connecting pharmaceutical and R&D companies with patient communities of over 500 million people with a presence in the United Kingdom Eastern Europe Western Asia and South Africa. We design supply chains and deliver patient and logistics services that contribute to medical research.

To make our procurement more stronger we are looking for aadditional teammate for full-time position of Procurement Specialist.
Key responsibilities:
- Compare offers amongst various vendors in order to make sound purchasing decisions
- Work within a given requirements to purchase goods and services
- Ensures that products are delivered in a timely manner and that the quality of the goods received is satisfactory
- Negotiate with contractors on price mode of shipping and delivery time
- Check invoices for accuracy and authorize the finance department to issue payment
- Vendor assessment and management
Requirements
Our best candidate has:
- Higher education (medical or pharmaceutical)
- 2 years of experience as a Procurement Specialist/Manager in Pharma
- English Upper Intermediate (verbal and written)
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Goal oriented team player
