Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead core card systems and payment projects within our Financial Services APAC division. The ideal candidate will oversee complex payment solution projects working with a large team of 30 professionals to deliver high-quality results for our clients. Thai citizens preferred.

Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate core card systems and payment projects within Financial Services APAC ensuring timely delivery and quality standards Manage project scope schedule budget and resources for complex payment solutions
- Maintain effective client management relationships throughout the project lifecycle
- Participate in project steering committee meetings representing project status and critical decisions
- Provide regular project status updates to internal and external stakeholders
- Identify and mitigate project risks through proactive planning and monitoring
- Facilitate communication between technical teamsstakeholders and clients to ensure alignment with business objectives
Primary Skillsets
- 10 years of experience in project management preferably in financial services or payment solutions Solid hands-on working experience on credit/debit card transaction processing including online/offline transactions processing and back-end clearing/settlement digital channel or API connectivity between mainframe/AS400 with open system solutions
- 8 years of client facing and c-level stakeholder experience is required.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g. Agile Waterfall PRINCE2)
- Experience with project management tools (e.g. JIRA MS Project)
- Track record of successful client relationship management
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for stakeholder engagement
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities for complex project challenges
- Risk management experience within regulated financial environments such as experience with financial compliance frameworks (PCI-DSS RMIT requirements) and/or regulatory reporting
- Project financial controlling/management expertise
- PMP certification preferred
