Marham is looking for a Human Resources Executive to grow its People & Culture department.
Collect daily weekly or monthly timesheets
Calculate bonuses and allowances
Prepare employees compensation by the end of each month using payroll software
People Strategy Design and Implementation
Provide project management and coordination support
Provide technical input for people strategy-related topics such as talent management strategic workforce planning performance management talent reviews career management HR policies leadership development learning and staff well-being.
Support the creation of related People Strategy implementation plans including follow-up with various HR teams and project managers.
Support the creation of a reporting framework and reports for various audiences
Assist in designing / creating surveys compiling and analysing data Provide logistical support e.g. Organize meetings organize events.

BBA/ MBA in relevant field.

Excellent communication skills
Attention to detail
Identifies priority activities and assignments
Works collaboratively with colleagues to achieve organizational goals
Maintain confidentiality.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 (Word Excel PowerPoint and other tools)
