Serve as a subject matter expert on product features and API implementations.
Understand customer requirements and propose tailored solutions.
Guide technical onboarding and troubleshoot implementation issues.
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to relay customer feedback.
Conduct training sessions and create helpful documentation.
Stay updated on trends in modern data and AI tools.
Work cross-functionally with Sales Customer and Engineering teams.
3 years in a customer-facing technical role
Strong hands-on experience with Python and SQL
Excellent problem-solving communication and presentation skills
Ability to explain complex technical topics to non-technical stakeholders
Proactive collaborative and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have:
Familiarity with modern data stack (MDS) and data discovery tools
Experience working with technical clients such as engineers or CTOs
Education
Bachelor's degree
