Job Description

Key Responsibilities:


Sales Planning:
  • Evaluate market trends competitor activities and client requirements to identify potential business opportunities.
Client Relationship Management:
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with key corporate clients.
  • Conduct regular client meetings to comprehend their insurance needs and offer customized solutions.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
Business Development:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the corporate sector.
  • Maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to devise effective sales campaigns and promotional activities.
Product Scope:
  • Manage a comprehensive range of General Insurance products including Corporate Fire Marine Motor Liability and Engineering Insurance among others.


Requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree is required; a master s degree is preferred.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in corporate sales within the insurance industry with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting and surpassing sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Profound knowledge of insurance products and services.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
