Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Plan schedule and execute daily production activities to meet output targets.
Monitor the manufacturing process and ensure compliance with quality safety and productivity standards.
Allocate tasks to machine operators technicians and line staff as per the production plan.
Supervise and ensure the availability of raw materials equipment and workforce.
Coordinate with the quality maintenance and stores departments for smooth production flow.
Maintain and update daily production reports shift logs and machine utilization records.
Identify process bottlenecks and suggest improvements to increase efficiency and reduce downtime.
Ensure adherence to health safety and environmental guidelines on the shop floor.
Participate in audits Kaizen 5S and continuous improvement initiatives.
Train and guide new team members and ensure proper work discipline on the floor.
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Electrical Industrial Engineering or related field.
1 5 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
Knowledge of production planning machine operations and process control.
Familiarity with lean manufacturing 5S and quality systems (ISO standards preferred).
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
Good communication and team coordination abilities.
Proficient in MS Office and production reporting tools.
