Project Manager Construction
Level: L3/L4
Location: Aluva
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry
Salary Range: 5 LPA 6 LPA
Qualification: BE/BTECH Civil (Mandatory) Postgraduate (Preferred)

Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain a central repository for all project-related documents including contracts change orders drawings specifications and correspondence.
- Organize classify and maintain documents based on type (eg. drawings specifications meeting minutes) while ensuring version control.
- Ensure proper indexing and tagging of documents for easy retrieval by authorized personnel.
- Track and manage the flow of documents throughout the project including receipt review approval and distribution.
- Schedule stakeholder meetings document and generate reports.
- Work in tandem with Billing Engineer
- Securely archive documents upon project completion ensuring access to all project records for future reference audits or disputes.
Requirements
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple teams and stakeholders
- Deep understanding of civil construction practices project planning tools and budgeting
- Problem-solving attitude and ability to work under pressure
Proficiency in MS Project / AutoCAD / Primavera Minimum 5 years in Project coordination within Construction
Education
BTECH/BE Civil Post Graduation Proffered
