Overview:
Due to continued growth and expansion a vacancy exists within our Pharm Ops Engineering Group for an Engineer to support the Maintenance Strategy. Reporting to the Site Engineering Lead the incumbent will be a key player in the delivery of the new maintenance strategy.
Requirements
Role:
- Develop preventative maintenance schedules and SLA with vendors
- Ensure correct spare parts available for continuous operation
- Support the development and registration of Equipment and Instrumentation registration on CMMS systems.
- Support of FAT s Project walkdowns Commissioning and Documentation Handover.
- Develop SOP s and WI for facility
- Support the validation of equipment in particular HVAC and Process Air
- Engineering metrics reporting and action planning.
- Continuous improvement through Digital and MPS (Tier 8-step problem solving standardisation etc.)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Degree in Mechanical Engineering

- Experience of working in strongly regulated GMP environment.
