What Youll Be Doing:
As part of a supportive team youll play a hands-on role in building and maintaining our cutting-edge fibre networks. This involves:
- Upgrading Networks: Youll help upgrade existing fibre networks assisting with cable and sub-duct pulling and learning how to build a fibre network.
- Building New Infrastructure: Youll be involved in installing and maintaining new fibre networks in various environments learning to identify cables and sub-ducts and using both specialized equipment and your own skills.
- Keeping Records Accurate: Youll learn the importance of recording all changes and upgrades providing clear updates to your team.
Requirements
Were seeking self-motivated individuals who are ready to learn and grow with us. You dont need years of experience but you should be:
- A Clear Communicator: Able to speak and understand instructions clearly.
- Health and safety conscious
- Able to work outdoors in all weathers
- A Proactive Learner: Eager to take initiative and learn new skills.
