Our company exists to promote and protect life liberty and the pursuit of happiness. We design build and support low Size Weight and Power (SWaP) multimode airborne radar systems. We support the entire lifecycle-often beginning by defining a market where none exists building the product training our customers and providing ongoing field support.

We have exciting opportunities and are looking for a talented PCA/Cable Assembler to join our team. Beyond technical skills and experience we seek individuals who align with our core values and thrive in a collaborative environment.

We need someone with the skills and experience required to help assemble printed circuit boards cable harnesses and electro-mechanical assemblies. Our manufacturing department is one of the best teams youll ever work with and our engineering team is located in the same building. Youll learn how to program operate and maintain SMT equipment and youll assist in creating and following process documentation. We have many different versions of our products and there is always something exciting and new to work on. Youll be constantly learning evolving and cross training.
These are some of the things that are important to us:
- You can hand solder components to IPC Class 3 specifications.
- You can assemble complex cable harnesses to meet quality standards.
- You can assemble mechanical devices using hand-tools.
- You can read schematic prints and technical work instructions.
- You have experience with automated pick and place equipment.
- You have pride in promoting and executing quality standards inspection processes test methodology documents and reports.
- You prefer an organized and clean manufacturing environment and will do your part to keep it that way.
- You may have IPC certifications but if not we have the ability to train in house.
