Are You the Right Fit
We are looking for:
- Experienced 360 Recruitment Consultants Senior Recruitment Consultants or Principal Recruitment Consultants.
- Specialists in Software Product Development Data Analytics Quality Assurance or other IT verticals.
- Professionals with a strong business development mindset and at least 2 years of 360 recruitment experience.
- Individuals open to transitioning into IT recruitment from other sectors with support provided to bridge knowledge gaps.
What Youll Do:
- Utilise negotiation and problem-solving skills to build strong relationships internally and externally.
- Maintain a positive attitude and growth mindset.
- Implement strategies to expand client services in temporary/contract or permanent recruitment.
- Target new business opportunities to drive strategic growth and profit maximisation.
- Collaborate with teams to identify broader business opportunities.
- Engage in business development activities focusing on revenue generation and client acquisition.
- Develop and manage client relationships ensuring high levels of service and satisfaction.
